Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run an account-based learning platform. We don't sell data, don't run ads, and don't profile you. Long version below.
If you bring your own Anthropic / Claude API key to use AI tutoring, that key is stored only in your browser's localStorage. It never touches our servers. It is never transmitted to us. It is only ever sent from your browser, directly to Anthropic's API. Clear your browser storage and the key is gone.
All payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card number, UPI ID, CVV, OTP, and bank details are entered into Razorpay's secure widgets and never touch our servers. We receive only your subscription status (active / cancelled / past due) and an opaque payment ID for our records.
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it — no tracking cookies, no third-party cookies, no advertising cookies. If you sign out, the cookie is cleared.
We don't send marketing emails. The only emails you'll receive from us are sign-in links and occasional service-critical notices. There's no “weekly newsletter” to unsubscribe from because we never started one.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. The only services that touch your data are operational subprocessors that help us run the platform:
You can request a copy of your account data, or delete your account and all associated data, by emailing neuraedge@zohomail.in from your registered email. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
PyLearnHub is not directed at children under 13. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to set up an account on your behalf and supervise its use. If we discover an account belongs to someone under 13 without parental consent, we'll delete it.
Our infrastructure runs on Vercel and Neon, with primary regions in India and Singapore. If you access PyLearnHub from outside these regions, your data may be processed there. We rely on standard contractual protections with our subprocessors.
If we materially change this policy, we'll email registered users and show a banner on the site at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
