Terms of Service

1. Introduction

PyLearnHub is an online platform that teaches Python through interactive, browser-based lessons. It is operated by Neuraedge.AI, a proprietorship based in India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service at pylearnhub.vercel.app (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.

2. The service

PyLearnHub provides interactive Python lessons that run entirely in your browser using Pyodide (CPython compiled to WebAssembly), a code editor, optional AI tutoring, and progress tracking. The first ten lessons are free. Additional lessons, AI tutoring, and cross-device sync are available with a Pro subscription.

3. Accounts

Accounts are free and require only an email address. We use passwordless sign-in links — no passwords to remember or leak.
One account per person, please. Don't share accounts.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Pro Monthly is ₹49 per month. Pro Yearly is ₹399 per year. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
If we change prices, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
Failed renewals: if a payment fails, we'll retry over a few days. If it keeps failing, your account drops to free tier — your data stays put.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and you won't be charged again.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your most recent charge. Full details on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, mirror, or systematically download lessons or platform content.
Abuse the in-browser Python runtime (Pyodide) — e.g. cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service against third-party servers, or anything that interferes with other users.
Upload or execute malicious code intended to harm other users or the platform.
Impersonate anyone else, or share an account with the goal of evading the per-person rule.
Republish, resell, or commercially redistribute lesson content without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We'll try to give a warning first, but won't always be able to.

8. Intellectual property

Lesson content, exercises, and the PyLearnHub interface are owned by Neuraedge.AI. You may use them for your own learning, including copying snippets for personal projects.

You own the code, snippets, and notes you write inside the Service. By saving content to your account, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it back to you — that's it.

9. Disclaimers

PyLearnHub is provided as-is, for educational purposes. We make no guarantees about employment, certification, or skill outcomes — learning to code is hard work and depends on you. The platform may have bugs, downtime, or content that's occasionally out of date. We aim for high quality but can't warrant perfection.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is capped at the total fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these Terms, we'll email registered users and show a banner on the site. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
